I have been a client of Valiant Real Estate for a year now and have to say they are probably the best agency I have dealt with. They are attentive to my needs, helpful, understanding and I would happily recommend them.

Worst real estate people to deal with. Worst communication skills and above all greedy and dishonest .Be very careful while dealing with them else you may get into trouble.

Extremely disappointed by this agent. He is an unethical and greedy person with no professionalism at all. We are currently after them to get our rental bond money back. They charged us for the issues in the house which were already present even before us moving in and it is clearly mentioned in the Condition report.We also discussed with them about it before moving in and they agreed .But when we moved out , we had to contact them several times to get our bond money .It was a great shock to us to see that they have deducted a huge amount of bond money for those mentioned problems and that too without even discussing with us..How can people show such unethical behaviour? They are not even willing to listen inspite of clear evidence. Mr Valiant, if you are reading this , remember karma would pay you back.
