Philip was excellent in assisting me through the process of renting out my investment property. He was upfront and realistic about the property and the market rental rates which allowed for a suitable marketing strategy to be formed. This expertise was proven as he exceeded my expectations in both finding a tenant extremely quickly and obtaining a 2 year lease at a great rental rate. I have no hesitation in recommending Platform Realty and in particular Philip Lee. His hard work and dedication which included showing up half an hour early to inspections as well as organising after hours inspections were very much appreciated.

Philip Lee of Platform Realty is really great. He put our Ryde Property up for Lease, it had a showing on the Saturday, and it was leased two days later after that. Philip is very professional and attentive to detail, in every way working in with us for our total satisfaction. We are very pleased with the way Philip handled things every step of the way. Philip promised a tenant within 8 days and delivered a signed lease in 7. Very happy with their services and would definitely recommend.
