Experienced too bad services from it. The guy named Peter li is too unprofessional and has poor skill to deal with tenants. He over claim on my bond with false excuses of extra rent though i have paid all the rent till final date . Even though I provide him all the credentials regarding it, he is now making different excuses to fix it. This guy have given too much mental pressure . Neither reply my msg, mail nor rcv my call.
The guy name Peter lee need to pay me back $200 dollors but its been 1 month neither he receive my call nor reply my email. I don’t know how can loyal property Chatswood get the such a irresponsible people like as him which is deteriorating their image . Anyway for Peter li, its been enough and i am tired chasing you. You can have that $200 as a donation for your wellbeing from my side. Wish you good luck mate with that money. Thanks
Very pleased with the service Peter provided. He knows so well about the property and the process was smoothe without any fuss or headache. Will definitely ask Peter for consultation again in the future.
I don’t understand how this business do their job. Have been trying to get an inspection time for one property for over the month now. I’ve been trying to call your agent Peter Li to get an inspection time, and all he say is he doesn’t know his schedule time or he is busy. Then tried calling your receptionist to get any information, unfortunately she didn’t help at all. She recommended to call Peter again, like he is the only one responsible for that property. And so today he finally got back to me saying that another agent found someone to give a lease to. Your company is a joke.
I never write reviews but this experience made me do it so here we go: My husband went to an inspection and the property manager seemed disinterested. I wanted to apply anyway and asked the property manager for a link to do it online and he texted me back that he basically doesn’t know and it could be either domain or realestate so I had to find out myself. I applied after looking for the right platform and did not hear back from him. The next day my husband was in the area of their office and went to the business where the people there seemed a little confused about him showing up and could not tell him if they received the application…so we waited all day but nothing and then I wrote him a friendly message to ask when they will most likely make a decision with the owner. Waited until the next day and received a text; again without saying hello that there is another application and the owner will most likely go ahead with this one. Until today I have not received an official email that they got the application nor that it was unsuccessful. This experience was so unprofessional and I will never look at a property again if it’s with this agency. I found the communication very difficult and rude plus it wasted our time for nothing when a basic email would have done the job. And just for comparison: other agencies send you a text message and email with a link to apply after an inspection and let you know right away when they received the application and if the application was not successful they try to find another property that could be suitable. The only email I ever got from loyal property was a property alert for the house I applied for which was off the market already.
Excellent Service provided by the Loyal Property team. Peter Li and Meresa have always helped out very promptly. I highly recommend Loyal Property as my experience renting with them is Excellent.
The best!! Not a single complain about this real agent company. As long as you abide by the rules, pay rent on time you will never have any issue. For me, both, to get into contract and lease end process were smooth, professional, simple, no stress. Thanks to Peter Lee, our agent.
