Without a shadow of a doubt the most hideous rental experience ever. Tried to rent a house, paid deposit and bond and prior to signing told me there was another deal and they were taking it after committing the property to us. Seems to be a theme with them! They are time wasters, who communicate poorly.....beware Ellen Chung!

An excellent realty team, friendly and respond very quickly to issues.

Very bad experience! Took holding fees for a house in parramatta and gave the house within the holding fee period to someone else. When followed up, they said sorry they were confused! 

Asked them if they could help with other properties for rent, despite being so unprofessional they just refused to help. Please don't rely on them.

Great Real Estate agency in Chatswood, they look after their properties and their owners / tennants.
