The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is its Location close to train station shops and food. But that’s where it ends stay at the mantra if you don’t want to watch TV because it doesn’t work you don’t want air-conditioning because it doesn’t work or you want to take the stairs because their lifts don’t work and When they do work, they take you up down and every other floor you want to be at the right one!nThis place is a hazard for safety. Just ask the other guest that found adult toys in their room when they checked in disgusting customer service disgusting hotel wouldn’t even stay there out of desperation. Thanks for ruining our holiday By taking our money for four nights and only allowing us three won’t give us managers names and Number to call he gave out a fake number. Don’t stay at this place, especially if you’re a single person on your own.
Location great, that is all I can say about this hotel.nnAs a gold Accor member you would expect better service.nnDirty stains on carpet when entering room.nnDirty coffee cups in cupboard. Someone's underwear left on the balcony.nnLift does not work and signage is poor. Basement carpark is shared with another building, signage again is very poor.nnWon't be staying here again.nnAccor you need to do better.
Great location. Bathroom was very questionable. It definitely needs a deep clean. It served its purpose for a one night stay but I probably wouldn’t stay again.
Was a restaurant on website no restaurant on site since covid!! Pool was dirty hottub was not hot. No ammenities for accor members and an extra 45 dollar fee to get cleaned each day. On top of that a surprise deposit on arrival which has still not been refunded
We held our event at Mantra Chatswood for four consecutive days, and the experience was outstanding. The front desk service, especially from Front Office Manager Giji Joseph, was exceptionally swift and attentive—whatever we needed, he resolved it almost instantly, making our event run smoothly from start to finish. During our stay in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment, we were very impressed by how quiet and comfortable the room was. It was fully equipped with practical amenities like a washing machine and dryer, which made our multi-night stay very convenient. On top of that, parking was extremely easy thanks to the onsite underground car park. Overall, the combination of efficient event support, generous apartment layout, great facilities, and hassle-free parking made our stay highly satisfying.
