Room is spacious and clean overall. Parking is A$30/day, re-entry allowed and open 24 hours. Improvement needed for exhaust in the kitchen and in the microwave which were dripping oil and not cleaned. Full size refrigerator is probably old so the motor is loud. Everything else is pretty nice.nnNice and easy 3 mins walk to the train station.
Very easy and quick trip from the airport.nGreat location with only a very short walk from the hotel to metro, trains and buses giving access to everything in Sydney. Lots of shopping and a range of eating alternatives available but predominantly Asian.nRoom was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with gym, pool and sauna available.nAll staff were very professional and helpful and created a seamless and most enjoyable stay.na wide variety of food options available
Stayed 3 nights in October 2025. Check-in couldn't have been more unpleasant; no smile, no welcome, made to feel we were problem # 135 in a LONG day.nStayed on the 20th floor; apartment view was fantastic both day and night. Bed was comfy. Wardrobe doors were on back the front so opening them was a problem - handles were on the inside! Bedside tables were tiny; bedside lamps USELESS for reading bulbs were DIM beyond belief.nKitchen drawers were REALLY hard to open and close; toilet roll holder was broken and tipped the loo roll onto the floor very funny but could be disastrous if there alone!.nRequested recommendations for breakfast as there's no on-site restaurant - was told to 'walk around the railway station as there's lot of cafes there'. Most are take-away without seating. There's a WESTFIELD less than 10 mins walk away but this wasn't mentioned!nOnly pleasant person was the young man on reception on checkout. Just really disappointing, particularly for the price. Never again!
Celebrating our first anniversary here in Sydney has been wonderful, and our stay has been truly pleasant. A special mention to George, whose genuine care and warm smile really stood out to us. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable.
The location is excellent, just a short 2–3 minute walk from the Chatswood train station.nnThe station has a large food court, shopping plaza, and even a nearby cinema and art performance center, making the entire neighborhood vibrant and convenient.nnIt takes less than 15 minutes by train to reach downtown Sydney, making this place highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.
