The suite was very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. While we did experience a couple of minor issues, such as weak cellular reception and a slightly sticky floor, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise enjoyable stay. The amenities were good, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, close to shops, restaurants and the train station. Overall, Meriton Suites at Chatswood provided a comfortable stay and great value, and we would consider staying again!
Supposed to be a 5 star hotel, well I think your pushing 3. The elevator system is horrendous! We got late check out for 11.00am, reception rung us at 10.30 saying “check out was at 10.00, your late for check out” unbelievable! It took 2 hours to deliver towels and when they finally came the person delivering them threw them at us. Never ever come back.
We took a two bedroom suite on our family vacation to Sydney and we certainly didn’t regret our stay at Meriton! The view was immaculate and we could see the skyline from the balcony but at far. The location was great and there was a 7-11 at a walking distance and the neighborhood was quite yet safe at night. The train station too was at a walking distance making the suite a convenient place to stay.nnThe receptionist was very friendly and kind, took care of all our requests and guided us well when needed.nCouldn’t recommend the place enough, a great value for money indeed.
I stayed at Meriton twice @ more than 21 days each. Apartment is spacious with decent kitchenware for those who stay long and would like to cook. Location is close to train station amd main road which is a bit noisy if you stay at lower floor, if you open the windows. The staff are friendly and helpful. I think cleaning of the apartment can be improved. I wished they would vacum the carpets in the bedroom and living room during weekly full service and not only wipe using a mop. I notice during my stay, the balcony has never been cleaned. Some death bugs remained on the balcony floor. Also, at the corner of floor of living room, cuts of paper tissue remained for more than 2 weeks. Not to mention below sofa & TV console. It would be a much nicer experience staying at Meriton if cleaning is done more thorough.
I stay here monthly when I travel for work. The rooms are great and I’ve always had a positive experience with the staff.nnA special shout out to Andrew at reception who went so far above and beyond what you’d expect yesterday to help me resolve an extremely stressful issue not hotel related. Look forward to many more stays in the future.
