Stayed here for 10 nights on a work trip in a one-bed apartment and had a lovely time! The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed and in a great location - close to Chatswood interchange and lots of restaurants.nGenerally, the apartment was clean, however there were a couple of spots that had clearly been missed on arrival, such as dirty smears on mirrors and stains around the bathroom sink, but nothing major enough to complain about at the time.nIt was generally pretty quiet, however being right next to the lift was sometimes noisy, especially in the morning.nIt was nice to also have the gym facility - the equipment was quite basic, but enough to get a good workout!
The only issue we have is house keeping and cleanliness. Upon check in, we had hair and urine on the toilet seat and our bedsheets were dirty with stains.nHousekeeping is a major flaw that needs real attention.nnOverall, location is convenient, view of rooms is nice and staff are friendly.
Apartments are very modern and spacious with excellent views. Booked a room with a balcony, but it was more like a sunroom with windows that only opened a crack. Think the room descriptions need to be updated because you’d be sorely disappointed if you were expecting an actual balcony.nnPool is indoors and wreaks of chlorine. Pity as it’s next to glass windows and outside doors that should open to let some fresh air in and make the pool a little more inviting rather than suffocating with the chlorine.nnA little bit ho-hum overall but have stayed in far worse.
Great spot, clean and tidy room and reception. Offered low or high level. Ended up with city views. Great price. Easy to get to and park the car. Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Would love to come back.
Well appointed large room with great views. Had a problem with the kettle and a new one was delivered within a couple of hours. Only criticism is the bedside lamps which are large , pretenious and absolutely useless to read by at night as they have low wattage globes.
