Great accommodation & perfect location for our extended stay in a one bedroom executive apartment. The Quest features comfortable rooms, plenty of parking & a gym. The Manager, Sampson, and his team are welcoming, friendly & very helpful. Housekeeping staff & services are reliable & efficient. The location is perfect - close to transport, major shopping complexes & restaurants. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay at Quest Chatswood.nThe rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, with all essential services nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.
We absolutely loved our stay here for 3 nights.nnWe are a huge fan of the QUEST hotels as they have always exceeded our expectations.nnOur room was very clean and tidy and we were supplied with an additional blanket and two additional pillows for that extra comfort.nnThe reception staff were absolutely wonderful and so hospitable. I really felt extra comfortable with Allie at reception. She was exceptionally helpful and very friendly.nnFull kitchen facilities and a full size fridge/freezer.nA good supply of tea,coffee and sugar in our room.nnA good quality washing machine and clothes dryer in our room and easy to use.nnSufficient amount of towels etc in our bathroom.nnThe check-in time was great at 2pm rather than 3pm for other hotels. We were also granted a later check-out.nOur check-in process was simple and hassle free.nnThe car parking fee of $25 per day was affordable.nnLocation was perfectly close to Westfield Chatswood and the Quest was an easy location for us to find.nnWe gave booked to stay again next week for 2 nights, as I have medical appointments a few suburbs away.nnWe highly recommend the QUEST.
Great location, right next door to Chatswood private hospital and Chatswood CBD is one block away. Nice quiet location. Staff were friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. Bed was very comfortable. We brought our own pillows the norm so can't commit on theirs. Room smelled of bleach from cleaning but opened the sliding door and it soon disappeared. Would stay again.
We stayed in room 202B over the weekend, on a visit to family. There were some pros and cons about the property:nPros; the hotel is close enough to pubic transport to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet enough. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was quiet and we had a good nights sleep and the staff are friendly.nnCons; the room has a foul smell to it; on arrival it smelled strongly of bleach, but this was quickly replaced by a pong like a bad drain. We suspected it was the drains in the bathroom as that’s where the smell was strongest. With the bathroom door closed, the smell was reduced but never completely gone. The shower screen surround was very dirty and mouldy at the bottom; needed a good scrub!
