Concierge is more nosey than helpful. Apartments are overpriced. Fire alarm went off at least once every 2 months when I lived there. Each time was a false alarm burnt food but very inconvenient when you have a young child and live in a high rise and need to evacuate. The lift was constantly full of people as one of the lifts was commonly not working. This made it a 10-15 min exercise just to get out/in of the building. Very convenient location but we lived on the side facing the station. The only time we got any peace was when there was Trackwork. The real estate agent was also difficult to deal with. Would not recommend this building
The building manager has no idea what he’s doing. When I called him up to ask about something, he lied. When I caught him on the lie, he then hang up on me. I called up strata and they confirmed what I was saying. This apartment will be better if the strata hires a new building manager.
The concierge guards are extremely rude and helpless. Moving out because so sick of their rudeness. They are hopeless bunch and should fire some like James, who is especially rude to tenants. The price of place is dropping anyway but still not tempted to stay at all cuz of the guards.
It’s been only 3weeks I moved here and already facing extremely bad behavior from the concierge guards. They literally shout like an animal. I have already signed for 1year of contract so am helpless right now. Should have checked the review before moving.
I lived in this building for a year. Security guards are extremely nice and patient.
Excellent location-good management & always good security.
