Room is big with a large balcony. Pillow is flat and soft. Reception service is great and friendly. Just don't like the barista every morning at Ground floor. She is very rude and coffee is suck
Had a wonderful stay at Silkari with my family. Felt like a home away from home. The warm and welcoming staff, Jackie, Susan, Markus, Jay and Leon & Helen.nA great start to the day with a free tea and conversation. Great restaurant recommendations. Very handy having underground parking and located well to explore all that Chatswood has to offer. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. Thank you!
A safe area to be, very convenient with all the shops and eatery in walking distance. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment. It has everything you need. Although we find some dishes weren’t cleaned properly, it does have a dish washer. Had to pay $25 for parking for the whole stay. Check in time is 2pm, we got there at 12pm, they let us check in early. It’s 30 mins drive from the major tourist spots. However, we hop on the 120 bus nearby, it takes us straight to the city, it even goes on the Sydney harbour bridge, which is very special for a tourist. They offer complimentary coffee in the morning, which was perfect before hitting the road again.
It’s a short walk from the Chatswood station. There are multiple food and drink options nearby. The premises are very clean and well maintained. It’s close to a residential area and I was able to go for nice morning walks. Some cafes are open early morning for a coffee or breakfast as Silkari doesn’t offer breakfast. They do offer free coffee in the mornings.nOverall a pleasant experience and I would stay here again.
Overall a good experience. Service was good, location was good, complimentary coffee at reception was good. Hot water in room was poor, couldn’t shower a family of four without running out of water.nnI’d give you 5 stars but for a Luke warm shower.
