The room is clean. Air conditioning is good enough either hot or cool. They cleanup our room every day.nLocation: perfectly located in the heart of Chatswood. Can’t even hear any noise from the Metro / Train.nHighly recommend this place and they got a complimentary coffee everyday in the morning. But please check the timing and seems some days may not serve this.nDon’t think free things are bad. The coffee got quality!!!
I had the pleasure of staying at Silkari suites, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The warm and professional staff made check-in a breeze. The rooms were beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which gave me the best night's sleep ever.nnThe location is perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping malls, restaurants and Chatswood train station. I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality toiletries to the well-stocked kitchen.nnOverall, Silkari Suites provided an exceptional experience that made my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning on my next visit to the area. Five stars, without a doubt!
We stayed 4 nights. Great location. Close to the train, Westfield shopping, and restaurants. Facilities are excellent. Very bright and spacious rooms. In room washer/dryer is great. 24hr access to Anytime Fitness is a wonderful bonus. House keeping are excellent. Rooms are immaculately cleaned.nMy one ask for improvement is that not all, but some of the front desk staff could be warmer and more friendly. On occasions it felt like that they were doing me a favour in answering my questions.
Concierge staff were great, awesome location considering metro takes you into the city centre very quickly.nOne negative, the barista was rude. If my wife asks if you have milk alternatives, a blunt no is poor manners.nCustomer service would say, sorry we only have dairy milk.nBut I won’t like one persons lack of matters undo the efforts from the hotel team.nYou deserve the 5 stars
Rooms are decently sized with good amenities. Aircon control panel in my unit had some issues and couldn’t be calibrated, and the hairdryer was missing a key part.nnCutlery is provided and there is a good range but some of them appeared to not have been cleaned enough.nnLocation is fine if you have business in the north shore.nnService is a little hit and miss. Put my crumpled “clean my room” badge outside the door and my room wasn’t cleaned.
