I recently purchased a fan/light from u guys, and since the old fitting I had was no longer available, they were able to match the old fitting with a new upgraded version. I am so happy with this and was reasonable priced.

I received two light fittings from Nu Lighting. After approximately 1 year (around the time the warranty was up) one of them failed. Nu Lighting contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and arranged a replacement under warranty. No trying to get out of the warranty as is so often the case just great Customer service.

these people don't pay their admin staff and are exploitive of young and desperate people. Avoid this illegal business like the plague.

Thanks for the great customer service. You answered my question about how they fit together, had the items available in very quick time ... and they are just great, could not possibly be better .. the units were super easy to install and linked together very easily. I am very pleased with the products and service . Thank you.
