Wonderful experience. I have bought 2 machines from Shane and have always found he and his staff to be very helpful and obliging. I live 7 hours away from Chatswood now but still either send or take my machines here for service. Nothing is any trouble. Great experience.

I bought a very expensive machine for these people and the customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I've never had so much attitude from a salesman/business owner. I would never recommend Chatswood sewing center to anyone. Steer clear.

I was extremely happy with the service I received at Chatswood sewing centre. I was recommended to go there by a friend who is a fashion designer as she said 'they know everything there is to know about sewing machines'. That certainly was my experience. I lobbed up, informed Sally (I think) what my sewing needs were and she spent the next 45-minutes demonstrating machines that were suitable for my needs. It was such a relief as I was completely overwhelmed by the new technology as so much has changed in the world of sewing machines since I last bought mine over 25-years ago. I found the man and Sally to be so helpful, friendly, informative and in the end I walked away with my new Pfaff sewing machine. I am a very happy customer. I will return to attend some classes and would most definitely recommend Chatswood Sewing Centre to anyone who wants to buy a new machine.
