Bunnings Chatswood

It's a huge store.Everything you could need is here. Low prices, staff are very helpful and lots of parking. Best place for family over the weekend.

Huge range and great customer service! This is one of the biggest Bunnings in Sydney, with their stuff spread over 2 levels, and a fairly sizeable plants area as well. What really amazed me was the excellent customer service though: I had ordered a very large cantilever umbrella to be delivered to my house ($35). It arrived, and a small part was missing. I gave Bunnings Chatswood a call and spoke to the manager. He was hugely apologetic, had the missing part express-delivered to me the next morning, AND a $50 gift voucher added to the package! Wow! Now I'm a super-loyal customer :)

its interesting how people have preferences with different Bunnings outlets! I find the staff at this store so very disinterested and rude on a number of visits, so much so I will never return here. The service is so unlike any other of the dozen or so other outlets in city and country regions I have been to which are just like the television commercial, this one drops the pass for me.

It's a huge store, but you'll need to have a car in order to get to it since it's a bit further away from public transport.
