Very big. Two levels and the garden centre plants are well kept with great inspiring selection of plants and good prices.nCustomer service is very good and someone helped me carry my heavy plant and soil to my car and took the trolley away.
Pretty big compared to some of the others around. Helpful staff. Two levels with enough stock of everything you might need for your diy needs. I mostly go just for the snags on Sunday and walk around spending money on things that I don't need... The diy workshop is always handy... The nursery not so big...a cafe and children's party area in one corner....

After the cyber meltdown you were unable to go online to check what aisle you needed to go to for an item..nSo many people looked lost today, as was I.nnWould be great if Bunnings invested in similar machines that Westfield has to guide you to the aisle for the product you need.
Placed an online order and they dispatched. When received, found they sent wrong item. Had to go to the store, and they asked me to go to shelf and get the item by myself. After a long search, turns out the item is not in stock anymore, so had to get refund. Very frustrating. The staff didn't say a word of apology.
