Customer Service for this company is totally ZERO, but you unfortunately have to put one star to post a review.   After not showing up on the agreed date this company would not even consider any  discount even though I had taken unpaid time off work to meet them.  They then had the cheek to say no discount as they had helped move 2 pieces of furniture back into my apartment.  Big Jim, I had no option but to take up 5 minutes of your installers' time as the furniture blocking the corridor was caused by you not turning up on the agreed date and time and therefore my furniture moving help was no longer available!
