I wish i could give zero stars! My order is sitting in their store, and my purchase says it will be delivered today but i called and they have held on to it for a few days so now it wont be here till next week. I bought it from Good guys because i needed it today. Very poor!
Went to buy a coffee machine, left empty handed after sales person recommended a different machine and told me I was entry level. I just wanted to buy a machine and go.nnAlso, my phone call beforehand was directed to chat. After filling in the form on line, I was told someone would call back in 48 hours. That’s rubbish but what’s more rubbish is that was a week ago. No call, no email. JB is looking good.
If I could I would give zero to reflect zero customer service. Do not answer the phone or put you on hold until it rings out. Emails bounce back. Absolutely atrocious. I have wasted hours chasing up a basic warranty repair. Had to ring head office to resolve the issue. More like Bad Guys. They have lost me as a customer!
Spent an hour with Ray discussing air-conditioning supply and install. He gave me a quote. I go back one week later to pay for the job and we have to start all over again. The quote is no good. Complete waste of time. I have no confidence in him. Walk away!
So much staff no communication at all!nSometimes it’s better to employ people with great customer service & communication skills than multiple people with none.nStore should be closed down a waste of space and time.
