I purchased online but called their office just to make I was ordering the correct parts. The chap was extremely helpful over the phone and steered me in the right direction.  Forecast delivery was 3-5 days and turned up in 2.  Very happy customer.

I had a terrible experience with Keeler Hardware over what should have been a simple $12 lock mechanism order. I placed my order on December 7, and the website stated after it a week it arrived and be ready for pickup within 24 hours. However, it ended up being stuck for over a month with no updates. I called the store four times over that period, but each time the sales staff said they would “check and follow up” — yet I never received any actual information or updates. The company also shut down for two weeks over Christmas and New Year, which only made the delays worse. On January 9, I called again in frustration and was told they would refund me. I even said I was coming in to the warehouse to see if it was there. By the time I arrived, they had already processed a refund and to make things worse, the item wasn’t even in stock despite earlier assurances that it was. The whole experience showed poor communication, disorganisation, and lack of accountability. For such a small order to take over a month with no clear answers is absolutely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be returning, especially for larger and more important orders. Truly disappointing service from Keeler Hardware Willoughby.

Finally found the right sized spindle to fix my door handle. And it wasn’t expensive. The website was very easy to follow. Ordering was simple, and delivery was extremely fast. It arrived just two days after placing the order. Thank you all so much!

One of the few suppliers in Sydney that had the right size handles for an old door that I was restoring. Price was reasonable and click and collect process was very easy. I would definitely shop here again.

I needed quite a bit of expensive door accessories. Keeler had them reasonably priced so I reached out a few times via email and had no response. I then tried calling twice and both times I couldn't get through to speak to anyone about an order. so I decided to pay a little more from another company as I was needing $10k worth of products. Will not consider Keeler in the future
