Very happy with my purchase of Nidus Corona Wardrobe Door Knobs.  I was unsure  on a couple of issues & rang the helpful team who gave me the reassurance needed.  The new knobs replaced very old, discoloured  “billiard ball” shaped knobs that were hideous.  Ordering & delivery was easy & fast.  Excellent price & quality also.  Thank you Keeler Hardware, very, very happy customer!

Have dealt with these guys many times as they stock a lot of products that are not mainstream. We are renovating an old colonial house, so they have been invaluable sourcing a lot of different products that you cant get at the big hardware chains. Have only shopped online, but the products arrive quickly, well packaged and the prices are reasonable given the products that we have bought from them. Products are as advertised and we have had no problems with any of their products. Would recommend.

I bought black and gold handles in this store more than a year ago. I like the style and color of the handles very much. Recently, I found that the black handle had taken off the paint. On Wednesday, I went to the store to give feedback on whether it could be replaced with a golden handle. Their after-sales staff Wendy reacted very quickly. I didn't expect that I had received a new handle today. I give full marks for this kind of after-sales service and speed. It's awesome! I will highly recommend this store to the friends around me.

My visit to keelerhardware was great.  They have loads of options on offer and are well stocked. They also seem to have the best prices in sydney for the part I was after.  something like 10% better than a bunnings special order and 20% better than other stores

Caroline could not have been more helpful. We have been trying for weeks to source vanity handles that needed precise dimensions to fit the holes on the vanity and an appropriate style/colour to match existing bathroom accessories.  We have been to a number of stores and no-one could help us. Caroline spent time on online chat and called me to assist and find a product that met our needs. Great fast and flexible service. I ordered 4 like keyed locks and found I needed 5. I emailed them to hold the order until I could call, change and pay for the amend order. Quick delivery. Brilliant service. Well done. Try doing that out of China

Too hard.  Had so much time waiting I got to stare at the sign asking for positive Google reviews for a looong time.   Thanks for reminding me….Well, here is the honest review….. “too hard, there are plenty of other handle stores….” I have to echo comments of others about in person customer service.  Drove quite a while to get there, had a long list for 2-3 jobs of internal and external handles required. I needed about 60 different handles.  I must have been dressed wrong?! Was just extraordinary to watch.  Showroom had plenty of displays in it but walked around with no other customers for 15mins to be stared at by staff and told someone else would help me by all of them.  It was only when I was walking out the door did someone ask “can I help you?”…. Ah, not now. 2 stars for whoever works hard to put everything on display, no stars for customer service. No $ for a purchase.

Keeler have a vast, quality selection. We love our privacy set for our new bathroom. We couldn't find anything of that standard anywhere else. Keeler customer service is excellent too. Thanks!

These guys have products that are not available elsewhere. They have the best after sales service I have seen. Auspost lost my package and they keeler hardware responded to my email within couple of hours with a replacement. Special thanks to Helga who responded quickly and professionally.

I've had a negative experience similar to the ones described previously.  I was "served" by an infuriating "product specialist", who refused to listen to me and instead rambled on when he had no idea what he was talking about and actually gave incorrect advice.  Amongst many of the ridiculous suggestions he made - when he informed me I couldn't purchase my hardware in the finish I was after as it was discontinued - was that I should go to Bunnings and purchase metallic spray paint to paint my expensive hardware...  He also thought he could pressure me into paying $500 on the spot to reserve stock he couldn't guarantee they had.  I left the store in frustration and instead purchased online, only to be contacted a few days later saying half of my order was out of stock and couldn't be sourced. Unbelievable.
