Great place to look for prestige cars. But, during my 30mins of looking at some cars, I've never been approached to see if I need help. This is not how a potential customer should be treated.

My partner and I visited this dealership at 4pm today, Saturday 6/1/18 to look at buying a 4 series. We were approached by a salesman who acted completely unprofessional, and to be honest unworthy of being employed by BMW. (Unless BMW believes this behaviour is acceptable) He was staring at my breasts the entire time we spent in the dealership and it made me feel so disgusting and preyed upon. Not only Once, but more than 15 times. This is unacceptable. I walked in the dealership feeling amazed at the level of service and professionalism the downstairs valet showed us however left feeling so degraded and disgusting, that someone who is supposed to help people buy a car, has the nerve to treat a woman that way. No place of business, let alone a "luxury car" dealership should accomodate a predator who is as peverted and disgusting as this person was. I have always had a good impression of BMW as being a great company with amazing cars however this salesman has deffinately damaged this image for me. I ask for an apology from this salesman to myself and also my partner who he continually disrespected. I deserve that at least not only because I was a potential customer but also because I am a pregnant mother who is making a stand against this pervert you hired. EMMA

Top guys. When I walked in I'd made up my mind to buy my new BMW from the dealership in Brookvale. But when I spent a few minutes with Harrington Skeels at North Shore BMW I soon realised that there was only one company I wanted to deal with. Friendly, knowlegable staff who really look after their clients (in both the deal and in the after-sale care). 5-stars all the way.

Service centre experience very poor. One staff sent my car back to me knowing full well the service technician had broken a rear number plate light and used double sided tape to put it back (name starting with M). When I discovered this however the staff did not provide an apology. Furthermore when a new part arrived the wrong part was ordered twice. Gives BMW a bad name will not go there again. Quotes not properly explained.
