Great experience from purchase date to delivery date. Sam what a guy. He is professional, experienced, attentive and just the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. No rubbish just honest and upfront. Yes my car took time to come but that is just the post covid world we live in. I was always given an update no matter good or bad news. Organising the finance was so quick and simple and I got a great rate. Delivery day was obviously the best, Sam took time and went through every little feature in the car which was fantastic. Overall a great experience. I live my new car and I would definitely recommend Sam and Alto Hyundai to anyone

I travelled to the other side of town to see and hopefully test drive an i30 N sedan demonstrator. The salesman I dealt with named Sam Kool was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The opposite to what I had experienced elsewhere in the current climate, where there are finally more customers than cars. To my surprise, Sam told me a decision had been made to sell the car and at new car price, without the $1000s premium being asked for the few comparable cars avaiable elsewhere. Only 200km on the odometer. Sam also kindly accommodated a change in the day I could pick up the car and assisted in getting technicians to come to my home to fix an issue with the dash cam. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at alto Hyundai and particularly with Sam.

We recently bought a new vehicle from Alto Hyundai, and had an absolutely fantastic experience with Sam K. and Lawrence in the sales department.  The dealership itself is very clean, professional, and presentable.  Both Sam and Lawrence were extremely patient, honest, and upfront and at no point did we feel any pressure even in this very fast moving market.  More importantly, they were honest and knowledgeable in answering all our questions both before and after we closed.  The current car market is very aggressive and in low demand, but at no point was that pressure past on to us.  The whole experience was fantastic and I would encourage future business with them and this dealer.

Sam was helpful and professional from the first time I set foot in the showroom. I was indecisive at that time but came back 3 weeks later as they had provided more information and confidence than other dealers I had been in contact with.  Excellent service right up until I collected my new car last week.  If you're looking for a professional and knowledgeable team, make sure you go to Artarmon Hyundai before anywhere else. I recently bought a new car from Alto Hyundai and couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Sam K was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is extremely professional, personable and courteous and has continued to be after I have picked up the car. Top notch authentic service from Sam K and the rest of the team. Such a smooth process from start to finish. Sam K would be the first person I’d recommend if anyone was looking for a new vehicle.

Great Experience overall! Test Drive was not possible due to non availability of vehicle  a norm these days however the services offered regarding booking, feature explaining, keeping informed during uncertain supply chain for the new model booked was commendable. Good sales team with Sam always being helpful!

I have been in contact with Sam K for the past couple of weeks to buy a car, I have very specific requirements for my futur car and Sam has been very helpful. I still haven't found my new baby but I wanted to note how professional, patient and understanding Sam K has been. He's been sending me cars regularly and has kept very professional despite me sometimes shutting the options down quickly. Will update this review once I find my new baby!

Best experience i have ever had. My Partner and i purchased 2 vehicles from here we dealt with MAX from the moment we walked in he made us feel so comfortable and welcoming, his service was amazing and was great to deal with. We have purchased new Tucson and honestly such a pleasant experience we had, Sam was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was very well organised we collected our car in less then half-hour, everything was prepared in advance and Sam answer all our questions. We wish we will always have to deal with such a great person with all aspects of our life. Thank you Sam and Hyundai Alto Team.

Disappointed that we came in and asked for test drive if the Tuscon. We were told no stock available until two or three weeks which I accepted and then we will be contacted for test drive but unfortunately nobody bothered to call us for test drive for over month. We ended up buying a Mazda Cx5 instead and their service was much better.
