I like Chatswood Service Centre - they are easy to book online, you can drop the car off, and wait in their waiting room I work there too, and they returned the car within 2 hours. Very happy with the service here. Far better than other service centres I've dealt with.Services: Vehicle safety inspection
The staff were great! My car doesn't have a regular service history and I wasn't really sure if I was due for a major service - the staff talked me through the differences and the costs of a regular vs major service. The shuttle service to Artarmon station was also great - runs regularly and was very clean.
Service standards have gone up. Amazed to see the advisors are supportive and kind. Always try to help you with right information. Car was properly cleaned and serviced. Pls keep up the good work.
Placed an order for some parts over the phone, friendly staff, offered me a discount without me asking when I went in to pick them up. The service centre’s waiting area is huge and free pancakes!! I think one of the best Toyota servicing place in the country.

Unfailingly pleasant and helpful reception and service staff. I strongly recommend this facility and their service. Incidental, they serve great free slices of banana cake and blueberry cake!
I've been a loyal customer for last 7-8 years. Serviced my toyota camry 2019 back in July22 and received a quote for upgrading the audio system to apple carplay for $199. due to using of the business car, couldn't get any time to book my car there for this upgrae, took my car again in late November22 and the service coordinator quoted me $400 for apple carplay upgrade!!! not sure why there is a big jump!!!! checked the site again and saw the price as $199!!!!!
Great centre, has multiple usb hot plugs, a coffee machine, and a pancake maker. Its also very spacious and clean. Happy with their results and dedicated customer service staff.
