Volkswagen North Shore is a immaculate dealership with professional and friendly staff. I recently bought a Polo from them and I could not fault their service. I highly recommend them and definitely ask for Baki, he was such a pleasure to buy my car from. So much knowledge, super friendly & professional. I love my new car!

Absolute disgraceful customer service. Went in on Friday lunch and was looking to test drive a ute. Apparently they were having a massive sale that weekend. Salesman said that when I was comparing other Ute's that you really had to drive theirs to see how great they were. Then I asked to drive one. "Sorry we have a sale this weekend and no test drives. You can book one next week." Needless to say I will not be visiting this dealer ever again! Car business must be thriving for them!

I purchased a car last week end with my daughter from this dealership. Sam Robarbs was our sales consultant. This was the first time I'd bought a second hand car and have been overwhelmed at the level of service provided. Sam has gone above my expectations and I would highly recommend to friends and family to purchase a vehicle from here. When I am ready to purchase another car, this will be my first place to try.

We visited this dealership three weeks ago with the intention of purchasing a Tiguan R-Line. We were advised on three separate occasions 'I'll go get someone to help you'. We waited. On the fourth request, a salesman finally arrived (albeit reluctantly). We asked about delivery time and were told the salesperson would need to find out and would call us that afternoon. We're still waiting. Clearly business must be good if they're not interested in talking to customers in the showroom, and follow up is non-existent. BTW - we're ok he didn't call, we've just bought a BMW X1.

Terrific service from a friendly and helpful team. It was a pleasure to buy a new car from Charlie Woods, who also made it easy to sell my used car. The financing process by Albert Salib was also straight forward and enjoyable.
