Good service, if you want your VW done properly go there, but they are definitely not cheapest though. You pay for what you get.

AVOID THESE JOKERS!!!!! I bought a VW caddy (new) from Inchcape Automotive in August 2012, and have taken it into their service centre in Chatswood for regular service, at which time they allow me use of a loaner vehicle. On October 21, I took my vehicle in for service once again, and they loaned me another VW caddy (which is a small commercial van). There were no issues whatsoever, the vehicle was returned and I collected my vehicle - no problems. About a month later, I received a notice from the Office of State Revenue for a red light violation, committed on October 21, in one of Inchcape Automotive's vehicles - a VW GOLF, registration CPN 96J. I have never in my life driven a VW Golf. So I rang Inchcape Automotive, (Service Manager "Ryan"), who assured me that the issue would be resolved, and I raised a dispute, telling the State Debt Recovery Office that I was not the driver. I then received an email from the State Office of Revenue on 28 January, telling me that the review was incomplete, and I had to provide evidence that I wasn't the driver. Apparently, the VW Service Centre personnel filled out a Statutory Declaration, naming me as the driver of the vehicle. I phoned the VW Service Centre up and spoke with Chris, and demanded an explanation. He assured me that they would retract the statutory declaration immediately. This was two weeks ago. Today, I received a Penalty Notice Reminder in the mail, and phoned the State Office of Debt Recovery, to be told that Inchcape Automotive had NOT retracted their Stat Dec, and that I was still expected to provide evidence that I was not the driver. I am in the process of sending them a letter, but this is costing me time and money and aggravation, and possibly more time to go to court to fight this ridiculous thing. These people have shown complete and utter disregard for my business and for me personally. This has been a huge waste of my time and energy, it could end up costing me my drivers license, or at least points on my license, plus a hefty fine, and I am absolutely furious. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

Thought that the VW bluetooth was not so good since driving the Passat. Happened to find an issue with the bluetooth installation (missing screws and microphone behind the dash console, no wonder people had trouble hearing me!) when upgrading my radio to the RCD 510. Rang and spoke to Claudio & Shane (Service Managers) to see what they could do since it was installed at Chatswood Classic. With little fuss almost 3 years later, they rewired the bluetooth and everything is working now. Thank you Claudio on the day for making it a painless experience.
