Far from your typical dealership, you honestly feel like one of the Audi family walking into this place. Ainsley and Jimmy were an absolute pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable fellows with good hearts. Bruce is also an asset to the team, who transferred us from the train station to the dealership. It was a 2.5hr train trip from Newcastle to Artarmon to complete the purchase, would not hesitate in making the trip again to buy from this dealership.
