Last Thursday we purchased our second used car from Victor and i can tell you that he goes out of his way to put the customer first with both the best possible price of vehicle and the right vehicle that suited our needs. I  normally would never consider purchasing a car through a car sales yard however i can personally recommend that if you see Victor at North Shore Subaru as you will get above and beyond service and the right car at the right price. I would give a lot more than 5 stars if i could. I hope his Manager appreciates him as an asset and not just a team member as he goes above and beyond for his customers and for the Subaru brand itself.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to Subaru North Shore. It's a relaxed and easy going atmosphere, where everyone is only too eager to help. Steven & Sean were very professional, as were all the other team members. The experience was hassle free. I especially liked the use of the demonstrator, where i could just drive around and see what the car is like. From the time I walked in to collection time, the experience was hassle free. I do recommend you see Subaru North Shore first.

Victor is an asset to Subaru Australia. We have dealt with him twice on two separate purchases. Victor is passionate about the product he sells and he is very conscious about ensuring his clients leave the building happy, even if they do not buy a car. This staff across the board at Subaru North Shore are pleasant to deal with and they stock top quality cars. I have owned 4 WRX's over the years, purchased from other locations including the Docklands in Melbourne, but this dealership is the best.

Look after Victor he is an asset - those staff at the front line can make or break your brand.. Hopefully Head Office recognize this and reward their top performers accordingly.

Sue and I want to thank Shin and team for a great experience, from the test drive to picking up our new XV a week later. We love the car and its everything we expected. This was our first time buying a brand new car and Shin helped us get the right car for the right price, no heavy sales tactics, just a genuine desire to help us as a customer. Thanks Subaru North Shore you have a very happy customer.

Great customer service and good value. Sales team was not pushy and seeks to understand your needs before recommending a car for your decision making. If considering a Subaru, recommending dropping by Subaru North Shore. Keep it up Sean, Steven and Athena.
