Dropped in to check out the Cybertruck while it’s doing a tour of Australia - not sure if it’s ever going to be sold here, but interesting to see in the flesh. Although I had no intention of purchasing or interest in any other models the service was friendly and welcoming. Unlikely to buy an EV as a dyed-in-the-wool ICE fan but I’d consider coming here if I was going to.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Mike service manager at Tesla Chatswood for his exceptional service and commitment. Despite the issue with my Tesla was persisting since the previous service at another service, Mike listened actively regarding the issue, showed unwavering dedication and assessed all the probable scenarios. He didn’t give up on fixing the issue and assured me of a follow-up after one week. I wish all the Tesla services has a manager with such attitude.nHis professionalism and care was outstanding. We have two Model 3's and couldn't be happier.nService at Chatswood is top notch, very helpful staff.nThe staff are happy and friendly unlike my previous experiences at traditional car dealerships and service centres.nTesla is about rewriting the rule book about car design, manufacture, sales and service from scratch and YES the new way works.
Excellent Customer Service and vehicle warranty. So Impressed. 5 Stars & highly recommended... I recently March 24 had to book my 2019 Tesla Model-3 in for a service request with Tesla Chatswood with an EV battery charging fault... Rufus and the team were superb !. So professional, helpful & friendly and made the end-to-end repair experience so easy, with great support and communication. The faulty EV battery was replaced under warranty in just a few days and the car returned with a new EV battery. 100% satisfied and big thankyou to Rufus and the Tesla Chatswood Team.
