Just taken delivery of my fourth Lexus in 7 years from Lexus Chatswood, RX350F Sport. A great vehicle and a huge leap ahead in so many areas with outstanding style and technology. 
Repeat business tells the real customer satisfaction story of a person with 45 years experience in the automotive industry! As always the team were quick with the coffee, warm and friendly. Robert Chan was simply excellent he made the whole experience easy and seamless.  A big thanks to Jessica and James for their excellent product knowledge and professionalism. Well done guy's and girl's you really are a professional team, I'll be back again in a couple of years for another one!

I live in Old but I went all over Australia looking for the white LC 500 which I eventually purchased from Don at Lexus Chatswood. He was willing to negotiate (something the other dealers were not) and has followed up on everything we discussed. He has also been available whenever I have called.I have owned Porsches, Jags and a Bentley but I honestly think this is the best car I have ever driven! Lynn Baker (very happy customer!)

I have just picked up my NX300 from Lexus of Chatswood. I must thank Rob, who has been serving me since the beginning. He is great with a charming personality. He has been honest with his opinion and very helpful. He kept me updated about everything and every changes I made in the car. I also thank Uwe, Jess and James. They have always been very supportive and very thorough. Other members of Lexus of Chatswood are very welcoming too..Would highly recommend of their services and products.

We bought three cars from Lexus of Chatswood and each time we were treated extremely well by all.  The staff are always very attentive and helpful.   I recently bought a 2016 IS350 F Sport Car which I am currently enjoying driving.   When I rang and spoke to Robert Chan and explained what I was after, I was very impressed with the way he kept his promise to me to find my desired model - and now I am very happy with the car.   However, I was a little disappointed that the trade-in price we were offered on our prior purchase, was well below the price we paid just a year ago.
