I am writing to file a formal complaint against Dr. Jennifer Lee, one of your doctors, for her unprofessional behavior during my recent visit to your clinic. I had made an appointment with Dr. Jennifer Lee for my child who was unwell, after waiting for two months to secure an appointment. Despite informing the clinic in advance that I would be 2 minutes late, I arrived at the clinic to find out that Dr. Lee refused to see us and declined to provide any medical service. As a patient, I was deeply disappointed and frustrated by Dr. Lee's behavior. I had respected the clinic's time and policies by informing them of my delay, and I had expected the same level of professionalism in return. Dr. Lee's refusal to see us without any explanation or apology was unacceptable and left my child without the medical attention they needed. I believe that such unprofessional behavior is not in line with the standards of medical care and professionalism that I expect from your clinic. As a healthcare provider, Dr. Jennifer Lee should prioritize the well-being and care of her patients, and her actions during my visit were unacceptable. I request that your clinic management thoroughly investigate this incident and take appropriate measures to address Dr. Lee's behavior. It is important to ensure that patients are treated with respect and receive appropriate medical care during their visits to your clinic. I urge you to take this complaint seriously and take appropriate actions to address the situation. I trust that your clinic will take the necessary steps to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and patient care. This doctor needs to work on her communication skills. By far, the most rude doctor I have had the displeasure of interacting with. Paid a ridiculous amount to be given almost no information. Regretful experience.
I have had mixed experience Dr Leo Pang. No doubt he's a good otolaryngologist but the last time I saw him things felt rushed, my concerns dismissed rather than explained, and in general I felt talked at. People work hard only to spend $290 for a hurried 15 min consultation.
The receptionist is so rude! Not recommended
