Been renting from SNAP since 2014 on regular trips to Auckland. Always quick check in n out with friendly and happy staff. With a pick up terminal at the airport and drop offs available after hours with Airport  shuttle on hand,  its been so easy to access a rental car so efficiently.  Their  cars are modern and reliable with unlimited kms. Rental rates are exceptionally good value and they even had a car available at the last minute when l had to attend  to a family emergency.  Highly recommend!

Would give zero stars if I could. Booked online and prepaid, so delivered on my half of the agreement. Show up at the airport and dutifully call them to arrange pick up. Tried every single phone number of all offices in their franchise, including international numbers, and all go immediately to a busy tone. Did this place go bankrupt?! Unbelievably disappointed in what seems to be a well rated company that didn’t deliver. At all.

Poor. The car was fine and good value. The instructions on how to get to the car were almost non existent - catch a shuttle from the airport.... but from where. In fact you catch the park and ride bus. Then they took a deposit of $200 on my credit card for insurance and when it had not appeared back on my card a day or two later I rang and apparently I have to wait  up to 3 weeks for it to be refunded to my card. There is plenty of good value competition to these guys so next time I will try someone else

Overall a great experience. Nice and clean vehicle. Friendly staff. Fast service in and out. Picked up vehicle from Auckland Airport. Would definitely use again.

I would highly recommend these guys for QT. Just leave sometime for airport pick-up and drop-off as you could get a dekay if there super busy. 

Cars were mostly brand new. Our car was fantastic amd was reasonably priced as well!
