Everything started great. No problems with the car, my boyfriend and I made jokes about the high techy stuff in the car like the car key and the automatic doors. The morning we were going to return the car we stop for gas, card problems occur at the pump so we try and go to another but the car won’t start because it’s saying the key is not present. (Background with the high tech key, it isn’t actually a key at all. There are just lock and unlock buttons along with open side door buttons. The key does not have a spot in the car where it can actually be inserted, there is a sensor inside the key to tell the car when the key is present within the vehicle or else the vehicle won’t even turn on.) after 15 minutes of fiddling, I start off walking toward the car return building a 15 minute down the street (note: within this time the cab we had prepared to meet us at the car return had already gone and we are now nearing possibility of missing our flight). Five minutes into my walk my boyfriend shows up with the car, a taxi driver stopped to help and showed him that the battery in the key was low and you have to hold it up to a specific spot in the car and press a button on it (which we were never instructed to do so by east coast car rentals, didn’t even know a battery on a key could become low). Rush to the car return and call yet another cab to pick us up because the rental places shuttle doesn’t start for another 15 minutes. We are explaining to the man what happened and all he cared about was if the tank was full. Which it wasn’t due to all of the problems listed earlier which, all but one, were in fact east coast car rentals fault. Will never be doing business with this company again. I can’t beleive this even happened let alone that the man at the desk wouldn’t even help us.

Good car, BUT BEWARE . We had the car for about 8 hours. We did minimal driving and when we returned the car we were confronted with what was two tiny specs  on the windscreen. As we had paid extra for insurance we were aloud to leave, if we hadn't it may have been $$$$$$ very very cunning

East Coast Rentals are Awesome.
Easy stress free and quick shuttle to the airport.

Overall the services was good. The car wasn't the one that I booked online but they clearly  say that if not available they will rent you a car with similar specs. For the 3 people that I spoke with in the place one of them wasn't very nice with us and actually a little bit rude. But customer service on the phone is really good.
I recommend it for the price and the insurance, compared to other big rental agencies.
