These guys were awesome. Our flights were after and then before their operating hours so we simply picked up the vehicle from the local Park & Fly and dropped it off there. It was nice not dealing with a typical car rental place, dealing with pushy salespeople. After a long flight, it was great to be able to pick up the car and ride away. Next time we are in the area, they will be our first choice.

Professional and affordable service!  We rented a car from here with very reasonable price which included full insurance cover with zero excess. Online booking process was very easy to follow.  Shuttle pickup from Airport was friendly and quick. Lady handing over the car was friendly too. Highly recommend Omega rental.

I rented a small car Mazda Demio from Omega during a visit back to Auckland to visit with family and friends and couldn't be happier with the service I received.   The staff were friendly and helpful and I would definitely used them again.

I was very happy with Omega and I'd definitely use them again. They were  accommodating to my requests when I needed to change some booking details. Easy and no fuss service. The shuttle picked us up promptly after hours. Was a quick exchange picking up the keys and collecting the car. The car worked great, no issues. And again the shuttle back to the airport was prompt. Hired a car from Omega for two weeks end of November and their service was impeccable for a fraction of the price of competitors. I travelled alone with a toddler and they were really accommodating which made our trip run smoothly. Had car seats in the shuttle from the airport and offered to fit ours in our car for me as well. We also needed to return the car after hours and I was a bit worried we may have been unable to use the shuttle service but it was super easy and had no hitches whatsoever. Overall extremely happy and will most definitely be using them in the future.

Hired a car through Omega online from Gold Coast Qld & from start to finish it was refreshingly straightforward. The shuttle picked me up from Auckland International Airport very quickly after informing Omega I had arrived. Once I arrived at their premises the process was super quick & I was on the road within minutes. Drop off & shuttle back to the airport was equally as efficient. Overall a great experience with Omega who makes the rare distinction these days of actually delivering what they promise. Will definitely use this company every time I return. Thanks team

We recently hired a small car from Omega for pick up and return to Auckland Airport.  We spent 4 nights in Auckland and then travelled north to the Bay of Islands with day trips further north as well.  Shuttle service is great as depot is about a 5-10 min drive from Airport.  Hassle-free pick up, friendly and helpful staff and car was perfect for our needs.  Reasonably priced rental - vehicle we had was an economy level vehicle so a little older 2016 model but perfectly adequate and still in good condition.  We have used Omega a few different times and will continue to use them as we have had no problems.  Happy to recommend.

Excellent value for money.  It was very easy to book the car on the internet with fast confirmation. Pick up and drop off were both quick and hassle free. The car was clean and tidy and well maintained.  However the GPS navigating system needed updating. Fortunately we had our own with us because we could not have relied on the one in the car. Will definitely book with Omega again.

Fantastic. What they offered, they supplied. Happy with the car, service, check in and out and overall customer interaction. It renewed my faith in finding a good and honest car rental company. Would use them again without hesitation. Did not get ripped off. Car as described.

Great quality car which was better than I expected. Initially I thought it was a later model than I rented because it was so nice. The process of hiring the car online was very easy and the staff where helpful and friendly when talking to them on the phone and at the shop. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great too.
