We used this firm twice on our recent trip to New Zealand.
The first was when we arrived in Auckland and then again on our return.
Both times we were met with a cheery smile and a helpful lovely couple.
The pickup was quick and faultless and the biggest bonus was the fact we were able to take the car on the ferry from the north island to south which is not possible with the larger more well known car hire firms.

We had a great experience during our vacation rental.  They pick my family up at the airport, dropped us off, and generally worked around our schedule to make our vacation a success. They also had excellent prices compare to their competition.  We would definitely use them again the next time we are in Auckland.

Really great personal customer service. The office is situated off-site, away from the airport, but a free shuttle service is available and easy to use. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our car was a little old compared to some of the big rental companies, but practical, clean and good to drive. 
We'd definitely use Letz again.

Excellent, friendly, efficient service. I was travelling on a strict budget so looked for the very cheapest option available.  The car was yes, unlovely, but compared to other options in NZ, priced very competitively and was entirely reliable.  It was exactly what I needed. The team at Letz were friendly, courteous and professional - a  pleasure to deal with.

Friendly and efficient company to deal with - we hired the car in Auckland and travelled around the North Island for two weeks. Car was basic but reliable and there were no extra expenses. Pick up from airport and car drop off was easy. I have no hesitation in recommending Letz car hire.
