Excellent overall experience. Excellent staff from pick up/ drop off at airport (chatty drivers and very welcoming) and also lovely staff at desk. Informative, no surprise charges on my card apart from charges advised will be direct debited as per information booklet due to tolls. Rental car was a late model with hardly any k's driven on it. Will definitely be back again!

The vehicle was fine. Despite, my effort of confirming on the rental amount and the cc surcharge before paying over the counter; I was double charged on the credit card (once during car pick up and second time was processed from back office). Furthermore, the staff disclosed wrong information on the surcharge. Followed up with their support 3 occasions and no one has resolved my issue (when the support promise to give me an answer within 2 days). Don't pay unless you are very sure the staff know what they are doing over the counter.

This company doesnt deserve 1 star still owes me money for a car seat that I paid for but the could not provide a safe enough one as promised when ordered. The car seat they  provided was a dirty booster seat which had food crumbs all though it, even though we booked months ago for an infant seat for a 5 month old. We were told 'sorry we gave all other seats away'. We then went and purchased our own infant seat and was told we would get a refund on the car seat hire we had already paid for. This was still not done 2 weeks later when dropping car back off and we even gave them the infant seat we purchased out of good will. Now its 2 months later and multiple emails we are still yet to receive our refund however took unauthorized payment out of our credit card for a parking fine service also car was out of warrant. Very terrible and unsafe company.

Booked online for Auckland pickup. Car scheduled to be collected at 8:00am however upon arrival, were not acknowledged by the two staff at counter and waited for 90 minutes for service. Originally booked a Corolla however due to unexplained unavailability, were 'upgraded' to a Camry. Camry was not roadworthy as it had been involved in an incident that morning and front bumper was cracked and under tray was hanging on ground. Upon refusal to take the unroadworthy vehicle and after another 30 minutes, was downgraded to a Yaris which was too small for the purposes of our trip, but took the vechile as we were already running late. Was promised a refund on the downgrade and 1 day free rental by the Corporte Accounts Manager on site for the inconvenience . Upon returning the car, 8 days later, had to chase-up said refund as it had not been processed and there was no record of it. 
Was also accused of returning the car a day late as the sales representative had entered our details incorrectly. Luckily we had paperwork to support our case.
Overall, a very negative experience. Staff unprofessional and unhelpful and will not be using or recommending Aerodrive.
