I had the best customer service today from the male who greeted me as soon as i walked in. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was in search of a gift and he offered a few items and explained their benefits and prices with the 60% off. I left the store fully satisfied and looking forward to my next visit to this store. I am very impressed with the service I received today. I've been looking for a burgundy red quilt cover for over a month now, and the gentleman today has been the first person from any bedding store to inform me that it's very seasonal and either all places have it at once or none at all. He then pointed out other options and honestly, I think he was more passionate about making my room look it's best than what I am! I really appreciate his help and sorry I didn't get your name, but the floral doona cover I left with is awesome and I love it! Thanks so much
