gularly visit this 7-Eleven for fuel and sometimes to grab a drink, but recently I’ve had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members appears to be of Indian origin. Offering promotions is understandable, but he keeps pushing the same items repeatedly even after I politely say “Not today, thank you.” As a customer, this feels uncomfortable and unprofessional.nnHe continues insisting by saying things like “It’s just $2,” which makes the interaction quite annoying. On top of that, his attitude isn’t friendly, and he doesn’t speak politely or professional.nnI hope he improves his behaviour and respects customers’ choices without forcing sales. Other than this, the store is good, but the staff member really needs to learn proper customer service.
I filled up my car at the 7eleven Jindalee and when I went to pay, I stood there waiting to be served. The Indian person is always on his phone and seems very annoyed by entering customers. I had to make him aware that I was there, so I could pay. Also he did not care that one pump was not working.nHonestly, I don’t know why I go there. As every single time it’s the same. On top of everything he is just so rude.nFrom now on I will drive a detour home to fill up somewhere else.
Saw the staff member using the mop that he used to mop the store floor, with filthy water wipe the counter where the coffee machine is with the same mop! I was absolutely disgusted.nThe staff are usually kind but the hygiene standard is very low.

I went there this morning and was being overcharged. The middle aged man who was working was so rude, and rather than telling us the exact price of the product he started arguing, and personally commented on my nationally/ethnicity, evn though he was the same nationality.
