Feeling Cheated with lies..nnI recently visited the 7-Eleven store in Jindalee and noticed that Monster energy drinks were advertised at a dollar cheaper if purchased warm. However, the staff refused to honor this price and charged the full amount, claiming the label was outdated. If the label is indeed outdated, why has it not been removed after three months? This practice appears to be misleading to customers, who are being charged $13 instead of the advertised $12. Is it not against the law to fail to honor the ticketed price?nnIt has damped my morning with disappointment. I will have to rethink purchasing from here now.
I don't really have a lot to say, just so bloody rude!! I have given them 3 chances now and have had the same result each time, never again. Just looking at other reviews and a lot of people are having the same problem, you are saying you will pass it on team management but obviously they don't care either.
disgusting manners and behaviour, i called about an uber order i was just in the store and forgot to grab some stuff so i ubered it and she decided not to packed 4 of 8 items i paid for, which i wasn’t refunded by uber or the store for. so i called her and i assumed maybe she had forgotten or maybe the wrong order but she was rude and mid sentence as i asked if i could come pick up the items she forgot i was hung up on and my phone number was blocked. really disappointed
The night shift guy 13.10.24 4am, the best as always. I'm a regular customer and visit this store frequently. Keep it up. Thanks
Rude staff who are almost always on their phone while serving customers, and rarely behind the counter so there’s always a wait for the pumps to be turned on and to be served. It’s very frustrating and to top it all off their fuel prices are always super high compared to other petrol stations as well. Do not recommend wasting your time and money here
