I have been visiting this store from last one year. Today when I visited this store at 3:45-4:00AM the person who was working the shift has literally come towards the door then went back into cool room to do his deliveries. He was not wearing a proper uniform and was trying to give some explanation. When I confronted him about what he has done he was rude and adamant saying that I can ho complain to anyone. It is only when I came out of the shop I realised that there were two people working the shift and the one wearing glasses and having no uniform was rude and impatient.
I had an interesting experience, whilst paying for my fuel via NFC mobile payment, my phone said the payment went through, and when I was leaving the machine turned off, so the cashier called me back and I was asked to write my name & number down, whilst doing this I asked why am I doing this again?nnAnd the reply from the cashier shorter Indian complexion man was that I needed to come back and pay again when the machine turned back on, which of course surprised me after seeing the transaction go through. I showed him my phone and mobile banking app showing that's it's gone through - he said it doesn't matter and clearly had trouble explaining the issue as it just flamed the situation so I said fine and left.nnA little of old lady called me over when I was sitting in my car and said she was able to pay without and issues and showed me her receipt and also said that she thought the man was really rude.nI went back in and asked if I could have a receipt now and was turned away as the machine wasn't working again so I said I found this really dodgy.nnI called my bank and they confirmed that it was showing pending and then it disappeared, I called the store and couldn't get through to anyone so now I'm waiting on a call.nnI was already having a very stressful day and it's not hard to be nice and respectful to others and explain things in a calm and concise manner - that's part of customer service.
Saw the staff member using the mop that he used to mop the store floor, with filthy water wipe the counter where the coffee machine is with the same mop! I was absolutely disgusted.nThe staff are usually kind but the hygiene standard is very low.
gularly visit this 7-Eleven for fuel and sometimes to grab a drink, but recently I’ve had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members appears to be of Indian origin. Offering promotions is understandable, but he keeps pushing the same items repeatedly even after I politely say “Not today, thank you.” As a customer, this feels uncomfortable and unprofessional.nnHe continues insisting by saying things like “It’s just $2,” which makes the interaction quite annoying. On top of that, his attitude isn’t friendly, and he doesn’t speak politely or professional.nnI hope he improves his behaviour and respects customers’ choices without forcing sales. Other than this, the store is good, but the staff member really needs to learn proper customer service.
Feeling Cheated with lies..nnI recently visited the 7-Eleven store in Jindalee and noticed that Monster energy drinks were advertised at a dollar cheaper if purchased warm. However, the staff refused to honor this price and charged the full amount, claiming the label was outdated. If the label is indeed outdated, why has it not been removed after three months? This practice appears to be misleading to customers, who are being charged $13 instead of the advertised $12. Is it not against the law to fail to honor the ticketed price?nnIt has damped my morning with disappointment. I will have to rethink purchasing from here now.
