It's just been renovated and looks great with top of the art security equipment. Staff are wonderful and it's right where parking for mums with prams and disabled parking and access to it. Toilets in food court next to it. 2 ATM's and a deposit ATM available 24hrs every day. It has money counting machines, barriers to prevent ailments being passed on and the staff wear masks. It has great very private rooms for appointments or private matters you don't want every one hearing, there awesome I have used one the staff offered for I was very upset and they could see I needed privacy. When in line staff will check what every person needs to do, often helping them faster than waiting for counter service. Their hours of trade are Mon-Thurs 9.30am to 4 pm. Friday from 9.30am till 5 pm. It is closed now on Saturday mornings.
Let's call her "Guiding girl", she's amazing once she knows my purpose then started to help me. I've been here a few more times with no words to describe how good she is.
On Wednesday 6th April at 3.30pm I went into this branch to deposit a £1000.00 cheque that was a gift from my uncle to my mother. I had my Mums NAB card and the cheque. The teller was extremely unhelpful when asked how I could go about depositing the cheque to my mothers account without her being present. My mother is of the age where getting out of the house is very difficult. She offered no suggesting except asking if I could ask the person who wrote the cheque to do a direct deposit rather than send a cheque. I said I couldn’t do that as it was a gift and to this she said that she didn’t know why people send cheques. I reminded her that it was because cheques are still infact a form of currency. I was very disappointed with her service and when asked if I could speak to the manager she said they weren’t there and were unavailable. She gave me no option except for me to hire a wheelchair and take my mother to the bank. I asked if I could get her to sign the documents at home and I could bring them to the bank with her ID. This was met with a simple no. Very disappointed with the service and with the absence of a branch manager and the attitude from the teller that this was all too hard. Surely in this day and age we could have alternate ways of doing this without having to take an elderly person out of her house when she shouldn’t be to organise something that should be able to be done from home. My mother is a long term customer of NAB and is very unhappy with what is being asked of her.

Went in last minute to try and get something signed for our home loan after another bank delayed us. It wasn't on them, but they went out of their way to help us get it done in time. Reshma was lovely and very efficient.

A rating of 1.9 is too generous for them. Nothing but hassle and headache dealing with nab. Money from my business account disappeared just before tax time and took themselves days to sort it out turned out to be a staff's mistake. No apology what so ever. Home loan rate is ridiculous. I have an email saying they are going to offer cash back.they never did. When I complained they arranged a zoom meeting.nothing happened afterwards. When I called a few days later the guy said has no authority to make any changes and referred me to the branch manager who is not replying to emails. I'll be walking away soon transferring my business elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.
I tried to sign up my brother in law and create his bank account only to be rejected by the teller who was quite rude, given us no other information and said they don't accept visitor visa holders. I went to another NAB branch later where they did accept my brother's details and managed to create an account.
22 Feb 2022, teller "Stef" blue hair. Rude and lazy sums it up. Wanted to deposit money onto a Visa card but Didn't have the card on me. She said no.. NAB Indro did it and commented she was lazy. Time to change banks.
1 hour standing at the counter. So poor the service. More than Money…..saves on service. Completely misleading. Try a different bank.
