People on these reviews say this bank is good, ans its just not. Waiting and waiting for service is ridiculous. How is telling customers they have wait 45 minutes to be served. How is that ok.nBeen with commonwealth for 45 years.nWhat an embarrassment this has become.nGovernment selling assets, thinking they are making life better for people. Wrong.

People that give poor reviews for this branch clearly have never been to the Indooroopilly branch. Overall the CBA is terrible but the staff I have dealt with at Mount Ommaney have generally been very good. Banks just aren’t the banks we were used to and like Telstra, Australia Post and many large organisations that are too big to fail they do not care at all about customers at all.
Unfortunately I sucked in to using the commonwealth back back in primary school, and have stuck with them ever since. They are a pathetic excuse for a bank, and if it were a simple process to change banks I would happily do so. I have spent countless hours on hold only to get transferred from one department another for hours on end, just to speech to another incompetent staff member. The employees are poorly trained and understaffed. If you’re thinking of opening an account with the commonwealth bank, please look at other options, I strongly urge you to avoid them.
Nothing short of a joke.nnI don't blame any of the people who work in CBA, but honestly, I'm 6 weeks later, 3 branch visits inc with 2 business specialists and about a day of phone calls and counting to setup a business account. Oh and I'm still waiting on the card which was ordered apparently in the branch.nnBut I just called up, and after 40 minutes on hold ...the card wasn't properly ordered so my business is now delayed another 2 weeks for that. Awesome.nnAny other company would have been out of business years ago with reviews and service like this ...its insane, honestly, that these are the companies that we trust our money and super with.
