I came to talk about splitting my loans (I used the mortgage choice broker in the past to do that but he started to be unhelpful to me). The lady that I talked to, supposed to be a specialist, argued with me vigorously that it's not even possible and there is no form for that. Only after almost yelling, she went to check... to come back to say 'here's the form'. No apology. I also asked to get a mortgage specialist to talk to me. Left a few messages. He only got back to me 3 or 4 weeks after, and was rude.

I recommend not using this branch as you may end up leaving thinking why you're banking with Commonwealth bank (when actual fact Commonwealth bank is pretty good). The teller I spoke to was rude from the start, assuming things she actually didn't know anything about. Please retrain your staff
