I don't like to leave negative reviews for local businesses however my experience was very disappointing .Visted on a Saturday early evening. Went here specially for Gluten free items which none were in Stock .Shelves empty. Purchased a few items and preceeded to checkout.5 people in line 1 person serving The person serving was possibly the slowest checkout operator I've experienced with no people skills.Did not look up; didn't bother to acknowledge customers with a Hello. There were at least 5 other staff members in store and they weren't called for service even as the line continued to grow behind me. Offered no cash out facility either but pointed to a ATM machine that costs $2.20 per transaction. I am really suprised at this IGA as i love to support local business and find they have a great range of specialty foods etc. I won't be recommending this IGA or visiting again will try new IGA at Westlake..

Wide range of vegan products and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be a repeat customer :)
