It's amazing just how often you find an oasis in the desert.Its just not simply the environment it's all the components, the people, the workers, the sellers.nMaroochydore is a real metropolis and caters for the young and the old together.nIf you're looking for great accommodation you can't go past Duporth Riverside. Splendid views of the Maroochy River, great service and very comfortable. Plenty of other places to visit in the surrounds.
Just wanted to shout out James E for his fantastic service today while my mum and i decided we needed every new appliance with 0 research under our belts. we even got a free salmon recipe while checking out a new air fryer. 100% customer focused, and incredibly patient.
Shout out to Jack at Mt Ommaney JBHifi for his customer service .He went out of his way to make sure well looked after.Jack went above and beyond to help me find the right product, explaining all the new features and making sure I felt confident with my choice. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and even set up the phone for me to make the transition easy. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent, and I felt genuinely cared for. Thanks, JB Hi-Fi, for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable! Highly recommend!”
Had an awesome phone call with Tony regarding an IPad being in stock, wasn’t even in stock at their store but continued to redirect me and show me alternatives. Coming from a highly customer focused job line, it’s awesome to see that Tony not to mention Majority of JB-Hi-Fi’s have this easy going friendly attitude. Customer service shouldn’t be something that overwhelms you, JB creates an environment for the customer where everyone can feel like a distant friend you haven’t see for a while. Hats off to Tony for something so simple, yet many fail to do.
Mark In electronic/TV'S was great. Not too pushy knew his stuff and just made it all very easy. We spoke over the phone and when I came into the store he was on his lunch break but still came down to help. Honestly it went a long way, will be back to Mark for help if needed.
