Friendly and Very knowledgeable staff. Usually stock is available when you want it. Clean well presented store. Staff will go the extra steps to insure you are very happy with your purchase.  Great prices and will match or better the competitions price. Extended warranty is available on almost everything.  Highly recommend

I got a game from here, comes to Christmas and I open up the case and the game wasn't in there. A tad disheartened that the present my brother's got for me wasn't there. Other then that, the service was amazing, staff were all friendly even though it was a big Christmas rush beforehand. I just really wish I could play the game

Mark is one of the best employees I have ever dealt with in this company!! My partner and I walked to waste some time before our massage and we met mark who had just asked us a few questions and was able to string up a massive deal on a new LG c2 tv and PS5. I later brought down my sister for a sound bar and to see mark specifically bc his Knowledge and genuine human skills are unmatched!

Plenty of workers to help you and they don't try and rip you off they tell you if a cheap item is the same quality as expensive ones. Plenty of disabled parking and they pretty much have everything to do with electricals  and Chris was wonderful seek him out you'll save heaps.

I bought my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra at this store, and the lady in the phone section that served me was very kind and helpful. Definitely going back to this store if I need anything else :

Purchased a gift for Christmas.   The young store assistant was very knowledgeable and was able to find exactly what I needed.   Great experience.

Great service by the salesperson who spent good time with me locating the right product.  The Admin person let him down as we had to wait too long for them to return from their 5 minute break 20 minutes later... We walked out.

Marc in the pc section knows his stuff. Spent over 20 minutes with me ensuring one’s getting the best deal available that suited our family needs. What an asset to your store!! Thanks again Ryan
