Took nearly 2 hours, 3 staff members and listening to countless raised voices between staff to upgrade my phone and transfer ownership. New staff member wouldn’t admit to her mistakes or that she didn’t know what she was doing. Was provided with incorrect information numerous times throughout the process. Called 24 hours later to inform me I can come in to collect my free case/screen protector/car charger after I already purchased these items elsewhere- don’t know if this is a poor attempt at apologising or if they forgot to give me these with the phone. This experience was nearly enough to make me change providers. Avoid at all costs

I rang up and specifically asked if they had the phone in stock I wanted and was told yes. Went straight down there managing 3 young kids and when I got there - no stock. So I agreed to order one in, but asked if they would throw in a simple case and screen protectors, and they flat out refused. Not even an apology. $30 worth on a $2000 contract and a huge inconvenience. Not good enough. Buy direct from the website and save yourself the frustration.

Absolutely rude. I have been a Vodafone customer for 15 years. Once again, it was time to renew my contract and get a new phone. I visited this Vodafone kiosk and wanted to discuss my options. The plans have changed and international countries were no longer available on the new plans. Instead of trying to workout a solution, the manager decided to tell me "go away" with a waving hand gesture.  I rang customer service and got what I wanted through a phone call. Save yourself the hassle and just ring Vodafone.

Dishonest is an understatement. I was totally ripped off. They talked me into going to 60 a month including a new phone but then my bill came through at 90 each month, way over what I was told in person. All I wanted was a pay as you go sim and you just ignored me and lied to my face to do me over. I'll never use Vodafone again.

I went in for a new phone and plan and had no problems.  The service was polite and I got just what I wanted in good time with no fuss.
