Friendly staff grest quality furniture

We purchased a $2240 lounge early March. Were told that the delivery was going to be mid April. When mid April didn't happen, I was then told it was end of May. Then was told it was early June. After making a complaint through the assistant manager Jenise. Where she displayed a lack of customer skills. Defending her position, rather the position that Freedom placed us in. Not once while communicating with her a number of times, did she apologised. After the appalling dealings with Freedom, including Jenise. We demanded a refund. There are far better places to buy a lounge from!

I bought a sofa two days ago and returned it today... their team and management were really nice and helpful... first they offered me 25% off to encourage me to keep it... and when I insisted that I prefer to return it they were so helpful...specially the manager I think his name was Carl... and a sale person namely Elaine T

Awesome customer service, came in post sale and added to my order, and they honoured the discount as I spent over $3000.
