Firstly a dispensing error gave me the wrong strength tried to charge me $99 for medication I normally pay $25 for and charged me for a script they didn't dispense. All in one visit . Needless to say won't go back there again.
Great service and very helpful from both the front staff and the pharmacist. Service went beyond your standard pharmacy. The pharmacist also listened to our problems and gave great advice. Will definitely be coming back.
After 2 doctors visits with a daughter in agony, we were in and out with a script filled and other pain medications and knowledge about the medical issue. A lot more information given then 2 different doctors could give us. The male pharmacist who was on shift this morning is outstanding. You have actually made my daughter smile for the first time in days and it only took 5 minutes. Will definitely recommend this pharmacy. Quick, friendly and caring.
I have been to the chemist a number of times now and I find the staff most helpful. Moe is the one I mainly deal with and I am happy with his cheerful and profession manner. He is always willing to give me extra information on the medication I am getting. He calls me by my name which makes me feel valued. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when there are a number of customers with scripts but no business can have staff waiting around when it is quiet. Who hasn't had to stand in line at various food and other places while the people in front get served. Top marks from me for the Pharmacy 4 Less at Jindalee and for Moe for the good job he does.
Great experience with the staff and pharmacist. All I needed was something simple and the friendly pharmacist found a way of me getting it for free. Could not ask for a better service. I know where I'll be going for all my medications an health products from now on. Even though it's out of my way it's worth it!!
I've been in here a few times as there's a large range of product at a good price and I always receive great customer service. The price match guarantee is great and it's handy that they're open till 7pm on weekdays and 6pm all weekend. Big shout out to Moe the pharmacist and Maria who always go above and beyond. Definitely my choice in chemists.
The front of shop ladies are so helpful and friendly. The pharmacist keeps you waiting too long for a simple script and seems to care more about a sale than your actual health. I prefer to pay more without the pressure so I won't return.
I will never go to another Pharmacy as long as I live in Jindalee. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond to help me, as well as order in special items I require. They are always friendly and empathetic towards everyone - cannot recommend this Pharmacy enough! Special Mention to Moe, who puts his heart and soul into helping people. Thank you!
We have been using 4 Less Pharmacy at Jindalee for some time now, especially as it is next door to our Doctor who moved the practice to this location. The manager Mo is very accomodating and helpful and nothing is too much trouble, they all know how to give good customer service with a smile, well done. I'd recommend this pharmacy to anyone and prices are cheap in comparison and very competitive.
I am very happy with this pharmacy as they are doing an outstanding job. I find pharmacist Moe very frienndly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am served very quick, So, I always go there for my prescription.
