Incompetent staff. I could not have made this any easier. I knew exactly the carpet I required. They informed me they would be out that afternoon to measure and quote. I waited and no one turned up. I rang them 24 hours later to again request a quote, they arrived that afternoon and said they would email me the quote. I rang 24 hours later as I hadn't received anything. I was informed that it was being sent soon..... rang back 3 hours later and informed it was on its way.... Rang another store who stated that they would get the quote to me within the hour.

From Keith the salesman to the vinyl layer who put down my new retro floor the whole experience was one of total professionalism. Extremely happy with the contact and prompt service. Thanks guys.
