Incompetent staff. I could not have made this any easier. I knew exactly the carpet I required. They informed me they would be out that afternoon to measure and quote. I waited and no one turned up. I rang them 24 hours later to again request a quote, they arrived that afternoon and said they would email me the quote. I rang 24 hours later as I hadn't received anything. I was informed that it was being sent soon..... rang back 3 hours later and informed it was on its way.... Rang another store who stated that they would get the quote to me within the hour.
