Fantastic service from the whole team! Went to the store at 3.30 on a Saturday afternoon in desperate need of a new bed for my daughter having sold the old one unexpectedly quickly! Chose the frame and mattress and wanted to try and get the mattress home the same day so she would at least have something to sleep on that night but it was too big for the car! Not only did they do me a good deal but they even delivered both the mattress AND frame within 30 minutes! I would highly recommend these guys for excellent customer service!

Nothing but good things to say about a 10 star experience and service. I bought a bed from Snooze a couple of years ago and the professionalism, courtesy and expertise I received gave me a perfect bed, perfect mattress and perfect pillows - and the best sleep for a long time. I followed this experience up last week when I wanted another bed. Paul, the Manager of the store was excellent again in helping me with my decision making, the staff in the store were great but this morning the bed was delivered and it ramped up a whole new level. The two boys delivering and making up the bed were just fantastic and I feel they deserve a special thank you for their timing, courtesy and expertise. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team at Snooze Jindalee for someone who is wondering what customer service is about, because I found it there. Thank you all!
