I love this beautiful gift store, I shop here regularly for my nieces and nephews and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. My little 4 year old nephew also loves coming in here to spend his pocket money and is always made to feel special. There is such an amazing range of gifts and I do most of my Christmas shopping here as they gift wrap everything beautifully. The atmosphere, beautiful staff and all the lovely things are what makes it one of my favourite places to shop.

I hate writing negative reviews but one of my worst experiences is with this store. I was a regular. At least, I used to go there a lot. Except, I'd bring my 2 year old with me because you know, I can't just leave him alone at home, and sometimes I don't exactly get help. But whenever I go in the store, I'm all for getting inspired on what I'm going to buy, and I have bought countless things from that store (which I really regret now...), ranging from homewares, gifts, beauty products to toys. Today when I went in, the lady had the nerve to say, "this is not a play center to take your son to..." WHAT? I seriously could not believe someone could say something like that. Yes I do take him with me but are those people so petty they can't even let a little kid play in their toy room which I would assume was designed for little kids to play? Was he going to put a deadly disease to the toy??? I would think that shop keepers want to let their customers feel welcome, not find excuses to make them feel unwelcome. It wasn't like my son was tearing up the store, he simply played in the room! Are those owners/staff so petty they can't see that I go there to look at their products and BUY things??? I am completely disappointed by them. I can't believe store owners like that exist. It makes places like Bowerbird seem like heaven because she actually tries to make connections with visitors, chatting with them, welcoming my son and me, unlike this woman who's just completely rude and uninviting. Worst of all, they delete any type of negative comments on their facebook and instagram to make themselves look like angels, rather than even acknowledging what they did. I find that extremely appalling, and I need to let people know just how they are. Well, they certainly lost one very loyal customer who was all about supporting their store. I have completely lost respect for this staff and I will never be returning.
