This Coles has a cosy atmosphere and very friendly staff. The location makes it easy to park right opposite if you require a short distance to push your trolley and there are always in store specials. Parking can get congested in Jindalee Home Base however so try to avoid peak hours.
I chose this Coles because you can park right out the front. No escalators, just walk in and walk out. The only downside is they closed the deli and now it's just fridges filled with plastic shrink wrap with deli meats cut whenever. Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about stock locations and shortages. Even things hidden away on the bottom shelf of an aisle other than the one you thought it was in. And you can always find a park.
Great & helpful team. Had an online order for click and collect, didn’t get half the order but one of the staff members ran around and collected all the items that were missing. I’m a bit biased as this is my local but they’re a great store. Appreciate the effort :
Normally always the warmest customer service at this store, but for one staff member Lexie. Lining up and watching her give rude customer service to paying customers was disappointing, especially when they were greeting her with kindness and respect. Her attitude screams, I hate working here.
