This is a smaller Coles store with a more limited amount of stock but retains a more personalised service. Still had everything I needed so in & out quickly with a friendly young girl on the self check out. Self check outs had cash options, which was appreciated
Regular items not available in store, but that’s not uncommon. But the attitude and rudeness of the checkout operator was terrible. There was a queue up of people, one checkout open, the young girl standing doing nothing decided to open for the person in front of me. I started to load up behind her and was told she was only processing the one order, I suggested she was kidding and she uses common sense. She still persisted when an older staff member told her to put our order through. She clearly was not there to work. Impolite and rude.
A sad little close shop that disappoints when you hit the empty shelves with gloomy lights that reminds you of hospital’s corridors, always missing items every other coles have, closing hours are ridiculous when you are a shift worker! Never have had a staff member with a smile on their face , no chats, no information about items, they are not sure ! It’s time for coles Jindalee to upgrade this shop , locals are the reasons you exist, do better .

If i could give negative stars i would...nnIt's good to see that coles jindalee doesn't care what they sell where is the quality assurance where is the care. It will be reported.
