Worst sales experience for a couch order. We ordered the couch and were told 14-16 weeks, a month later it was changed to 16-18 weeks and now the couch will be delivered a week overdue 19 Weeks!!. When we spoke with the store about the issues with the extensive delays, we were offer a $50 gift voucher for the inconvenience. After another 3 days of waiting for a better offer they came back with a final offer of $100 gift voucher! after waiting 19 weeks for a couch. Staff were not helpful with making the delays easier and we were just left in the dark. will not be shopping here again
Purchases a bed suite and was told it would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Once it arrived the bed frame broke on the first night. After contacting the store it took another week fo them to order the part and its now 2 weeks since ordered and they cannot give a time when the replacement part will arrive. Terrible customer service and no one knows anything. Now over a month since purchased and we still can sleep on our bed. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
