Love this Adairs. Staff are always extremely helpful with making selections for bedroom decor. They are always very friendly as well. My favourite Adairs store.

Worst customer service, Staff didn't even acknowledge customers at counter or waiting around, carried on talking and finished a blanket to put in a show bed. Multiple customers walked out and left what the were going to buy. We will never be returning.
