I would leave a 5 star as two ladies helped me on two different days to choose my desired curtains, couldn't find in store but delivered online just a few days after. I love them they made my living room alive with beautiful mint colour. Before going to this store I had looked everywhere to find live colourful curtains not interested in neutral which most places have heaps. They have beautiful sheers and blockouts more diversed types than other places. Thanks Curtain Wonderland team.
I was the only person in the store, eventually got some help, then when discovering I was after the cheaper range, showed no real interest to help me.
Picked up some things our local store didn't have, service staff were first class
Buying experience was good, but had to return something later that day, and was served by someone else who kept me waiting while having a phone conversation with another store about sales targets, and then was very unprofessional about accepting the return.
There were only one staff member who wasn’t really interested to help! However, we found out that we were lucky that we lost our interest and didn’t buy from them cause we found a lot better quality with half the price couple of blocks away!
Don’t recommend these guys! Went to see them this last Saturday and had someone supposedly coming today to take measurements, etc for a S fold curtain. Appointment was all booked in on Saturday for someone to come today but no one showed up. Not a phone call or anything of that sort! Very unprofessional from my point of view. Will be taking my business somewhere else.
Tell me. How can a shop have no idea of prices of made to measure curtains? Seriously!!! this has to be a joke right? We knew our drop and width and requested a price…. ‘We don’t have any pricing here you have to book an in home measure and quote’ Get real Curtain Blunderland … not even a ballpark figure! …. See ya! Hopeless.
Completely disinterested staff in Jindalee branch with no intention to help you choose the right curtains. I felt like going to another shop to make a purchase as the experience was off putting.
Further update: Despite receiving an email after my previous update requesting me to be patient, that I would receive an email from curtain wonderland asap to sort this out, I have not; I patiently waited a week. It has been a month since the technician came who couldn't even get the blind off the window and 7 weeks since I informed them that the blind had broken AGAIN. It seems to be expected that my son should continue to play in a dark room. I have now submitted a complaint to the ACCC. Update: I responded to CW feedback within 3hours of their reply to my review. Five days later I have heard nothing back. Two days ago I finally had someone answer the head office phone and take a message. Still no reply initiated by them. Gave them a deadline of this Friday before taking this to consumer affairs QLD. They don't seem to care. Will let you know what happens. Would still suggest not to buy custom blinds from here. DON'T DO IT! I ordered custom roller blinds. While many of my blinds are lovely and all that I hoped, one continually breaks. I have had someone out four times now, but arranging that takes weeks and is like pulling teeth. After politely explaining all the problems and being promised the best technician, he arrived without any knowledge of my conversation with head office, none of the required parts and couldn't even get the blind down. That was 12 days ago. Even though I have called I have had no reply. Go with a company that cares.
