Love the new Mr toys toyworld at Mt ommaney shopping centre. Everything is so neat and tidy! Nice layout. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There is always something on sale too. Such a good range of toys too including pool toys, puzzles, soft toys and collector items.

They kindly put aside a toy as I couldn't get there before they closed. I collected it the next morning and the girl on the front counter was very friendly. Nice to get greeted with a smile, made my day.
Bit expensive, but huge range of toys. Pays to crosscheck prices from big W and kmart
Great range and they had what we were after in stock, but it was pretty average customer service. Wasn't greated by the young lady when we walked in as she was cashing up at 5 o'clock, could hear her and another staff member complaining about a staff member who obviously wasnt present who ever she is, I wouldn't bother putting in the effort to be early for your next shift because that was one of the topics they were discussing and making my partner, 2 year old and I had to stand waiting to be helped, despite standing at the trading cards and obviously waiting to be served. The other young lady working walked out in front of me carrying our son and ignored us, stock was obscuring what we were trying to view and no effort was made to move it or assist.
Prices too expensive, I asked if they do price match which they do BUT it must be in the local area, for example the airfix 1:400 scale titanic is $150 dollars here while at hobbyone it's $130 for the exact same product. Otherwise nice range.
Don't understand why they have 4 star reviews. Rude staff didn't let me return the swimming pool box even though I had a receipt and it was packed properly. That too within 21 days of purchase. Rubbish service.
Poor service & very rude. Will not be coming back!
