We have just refurnished our home purchased our dining table, chairs, bar stools and buffet from Provincial at Jindalee. The ladies at the store were leaps and bounds ahead of the customer service we had with other brands/stores. Helpful without being pushy, absolutely lovely with our 3 and 1 year old daughters who were dragged pillar to post while we figured out furniture and responsive when we had a couple of change of mind swaps/refunds. My husband and I hate furniture shopping. We were visited Provincial Jindalee so many times debating dining table options, chairs etc and the service we received every time was absolutely on point. This store is definitely our first point of call for furniture shopping in Brisbane's west.

In addition to the timeless, quality, outstanding decor and furniture pieces at this wonderful store - the ladies here are extraordinary and go out of their way for you! Sam, fellow colleagues and their fantastic Store Manager are always lovely to deal with, are very efficient, and great problem solvers to ensure our furniture pieces were delivered to us same day : We are so grateful for the team here at Provincial Home Living Jindalee and we always look forward to our visit! Very highly recommended! 5 star service & store!
We went into this shop looking to buy a lounge. We saw a beautiful lounge that we would have purchased, however there were 3 women working in the store, not another customer in the store and they were all too busy around the register to serve us. All worked out in the end though as we went to Plush and got fantastic customer service and found a much nicer lounge.
An immaculately presented home furnishings store with quality items. Have shopped there lots of times, and always had balanced and thoughtful service with no hard-sell. I confess though, sometimes we wait until items are on sale! Recommended.
This was my first time in store... was so impressed with the quality of goods and even more impressed with the service couldnt be more helpful.. i was looking for a small item but wad treated like i was going to buy the whole store from the manager to her wonderful offsider it was such a pleasure to shop here highly highly recommend
I’m in love with their furniture. If only I could afford it. It’s all a tad over priced when compared to other products out there. Beautiful shop and very friendly staff though.
