Never having a pool in my life before, I was not sure what to expect, but the team at Swimart Jindalee made it so easy. Especially Peter, who took his time to explain every detail and all the options in regards to chlorine etc I should consider. Can highly recommend the guys from Swimart Jindalee!
We finally had to replace our sand filter that had served us well for 30 years. The guys from Swimart Jindalee called by with a few different suggestions - one of which we were happy to accept. The replacement filter was installed in a professional manner and is now doing a great job. Top marks.
The team have been always helpful in the 4 years I have been going to the store. Recently helped me replace my zodiac hydroxinator under warranty. Stephen made the whole process really easy. Highly recommend Swimart Jindalee.
I have been going to Swimart Jindalee for a few years now. I originally started going there when I was in a rental house in Fig Tree Pocket, the owner and property managers insisted we had the pool water tested weekly…. the shop they recommended usually closed by lunchtime on a Sunday so I missed it one weekend and found Swimart Jindalee - which was open to 4pm and provided exceptional service and advice. When we bought a house with a pool there was only one place to go for advice!! Martyn and the team have been great! They helped me maximise the equipment we had - which was a cartridge filter and zodiac cleaner… we have upgraded to a sand filter and Maytronics cleaner and life has never been so good!! The pool is cleaner and the amount of time and effort it requires is greatly decreased!! I knew who to call when we wanted an LED light installed in the pool - it was originally meant to be an easy job but turned out to be much more complicated but Martyn and the team managed to get it sorted…. we are now the envy of the neighbours!! I had no hesitation to recommend Swimart Jindalee when my friend mentioned he wanted to heat his pool!! He is really leased with the result… I know who I’ll call when and if we want a heater!!
You're bound to have a unique experience here the energy is always electric. The filters are to die for and the staff are always friendly. I recommend their 20 kg premium pool salt x
These guys are all round champions. Know their stuff. Great service and don’t try rip you off. I now drive further to give them service rather than some of my more local pool shops.

Good service, knowledgeable staff, great record system of keeping pool water history, and providing individual water bottles for catching water samples.
Excellent customer service and responsiveness over the Christmas period. The pool pump finally failed after many fixes and pool was green by 23 December 2021. Swimart Jindalee responded immediately to my SOS. Swimart replaced the poop pump on Dec 24 2021. Brilliant effort. The pool was able to be used a few days later. Highly recommend Swimart Jindalee.
