I really wanted to look at the mattresses in this store but was unable to walk around as the store reeked of lavender oil. Got an instant headache and had to get out of there asap. Hope it is not store policy to burn oil. I will try another branch.

A symbol of third class service in Australia. They deserve a negative rating if it was possible to do. The stuff does not reply to email you send. Even after several times, they are reluctant to send a reply or acknowledgment. First time I bought a king size bed from them. The delivery was delayed as there was not much "load" to fill the truck from Sydney. After delaying they sent me a broken head-part of the bed frame which took another 2 months to deliver. Next time when I was claiming warranty for my mattress, which is a disaster and posing serious health issue to me and my wide; they were very unhelpful and silent. Although I have requested them to be considerate and take things seriously, they are too reluctant. Utterly frustrating...

We experience helpful and understanding service during our visit at Forty Winks Jindalee. The owner Michael was so lovely, honest, accommodating and patient. We have been bed shopping for 2 weeks and this was the most pleasant shopping experience we have had. Would definitely visit Michael and his team again.

I bought 2 beds and some furniture from Micheal. He really looked after us. Such a gentleman and honest. We looked everywhere for the right deal and found it at Forty Winks Jindalee. Thanks so much guys
